01Information We Collect

When you send a quote request, we collect the information you provide: your name; phone number and/or email address; ZIP code or city; project type and description; consent; and a generated request reference. If you choose to add them, we also collect project photos, an address or nearby cross streets, preferred contact method, requested timeline, and best time to reach you.

Uploaded photos may contain details visible in the image or embedded by your device, such as surroundings or file metadata. Please remove documents, faces, precise location details, or other information that is not needed for the estimate.

Our site and service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages or buttons used, timestamps, cookie or advertising identifiers, and form-delivery diagnostics.

02How We Use Your Information

We use quote information to review the project, contact you through the method you provide, prepare or discuss a quote, coordinate scheduling, perform requested work, maintain ordinary business records, troubleshoot delivery problems, and protect the site from abuse. We use limited site-interaction data to understand whether our advertising and contact paths are working.

We do not rent your quote details or use them to market another company’s products. We disclose information only as described in this policy, at your direction, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect people, property, and our services.

03Form Delivery Through Formspree

Quote submissions, including uploaded photos and the fields listed above, are transmitted to and processed by Formspree, Inc., our form-delivery provider. Formspree may process technical and delivery data needed to transmit and protect the submission. Review the Formspree privacy policy for its practices.

04Google Advertising Measurement

This site loads the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement. The tag records limited interactions such as visits, quote-button clicks, phone or email link clicks, and a conversion event after a successful form delivery. Depending on your browser, settings, and Google choices, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, page URL, and interaction data. Our site code does not intentionally send your quote-form fields or uploaded photos to Google. Review Google’s Privacy Policy and My Ad Center for information and controls.

05Retention

We keep quote and project records only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, plan or perform work, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, protect our services, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of record and whether a quote becomes a project. Formspree and Google apply their own retention practices to data they process.

06Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of quote information we control by emailing hectorfixes@gmail.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the request, but do not email sensitive identification documents unless we ask for a safer verification method. We will review the request and may need to keep information when required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business-record purposes. You can also use browser controls and Google’s settings to limit cookies or advertising personalization.

07Security

When you use the secure site address, quote submissions are transmitted to Formspree over HTTPS. Even so, no website, email, or third-party transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not include payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive data in the quote form or project photos.
